Buying fight gear in the EU: how it works
Shipping to Belgium €7.95, Germany €9.95, other EU countries €14.95, free from €75; delivery in 2–5 working days; no customs inside the EU; pay with PayPal, card or iDEAL; 14-day right of withdrawal.
PadsByBilly is the fight gear shop of MMA pro Billy Bakkers (Levels Fight League). We ship from our warehouse in Alblasserdam, just outside Rotterdam, to every EU country: from Lisbon to Helsinki and from Dublin to Athens. This page tells you exactly what to expect: shipping costs per country, delivery times, payment, VAT and returns.
Shipping costs and delivery times per country
Shipping costs depend on your country: Belgium €7.95, Germany €9.95 and every other EU country €14.95. Orders of €75 or more ship for free, which you reach with a single pair of Twins Special or Booster gloves.
We ship with PostNL and its partner carriers, with tracking all the way. Order on a working day before 14:00 and, if the item is in stock, it leaves the same day. Typical delivery times after dispatch: Belgium and Germany 1–3 working days, France, Austria, Denmark and Luxembourg 2–4 working days, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Poland, Sweden, Finland and Ireland 3–5 working days. Items we first collect from the manufacturer take 2–4 working days extra; the expected delivery time is always shown on the product page.
You receive a tracking code by email as soon as the parcel is on its way.
Payment and VAT
At checkout you choose your payment method: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, iDEAL or Bancontact. Payments are processed by Mollie, a European payment provider; we never see your card details.
All prices include VAT. Because we ship from within the EU, there are no customs duties, import fees or surprise charges from the courier. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
Returns and the 14-day right of withdrawal
You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. If the glove does not fit or the size is wrong, email us with your order number and send the item back unused and in its original packaging to our warehouse in Alblasserdam. Return shipping is at your cost unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged; in that case we send you a free return label.
Your refund, including the original shipping cost, is on your account within 14 days of your notice. Mouthguards and hand wraps cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened, for hygiene reasons.
