What we process

• Orders: name, email address, phone number (optional), delivery address, items ordered and payment status. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and statutory retention duties (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, seven years under Dutch tax law).
• Payment: handled by Mollie B.V. (Amsterdam). Mollie receives the data needed for the payment; we never see full card details.
• Shipping: we pass your name and delivery address to PostNL and its delivery partners in your country.
• Reservations and reviews: name, email and your text, for as long as the reservation or review exists.
• Loyalty points: we store your points balance linked to your email address.
• Server logs: IP address, time and page requested, kept 14 days for security and troubleshooting (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and local storage

The shop only uses technically necessary storage: your cart lives in your browser's local storage, not on our servers. There are no third-party tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google.

Hosting

The website runs on servers of DigitaleWeg (Hanvos Holding B.V.) in the EU.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Email info@padsbybilly.nl. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in the Netherlands the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or the authority of your own country.
