Terms & conditions.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through padsbybilly.com. The seller is Hanvos Holding B.V., trading as PadsByBilly, Nieuwland Parc 309 B, 2952 DD Alblasserdam, the Netherlands ("we"). A consumer is any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade or profession.

2. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of products in the shop is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. By clicking "Pay securely" you place a binding order. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. You can change your entries in the cart at any time before submitting the order.

3. Prices and shipping

All prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown in the cart; see shipping & returns. Bundle discounts and loyalty points are calculated automatically in the cart.

4. Payment

Payment is made in advance through our payment provider Mollie, with the payment methods offered there (for example credit card, PayPal, Klarna, iDEAL, Bancontact). Goods are shipped after payment is received.

5. Delivery

We deliver within the European Union. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days (Netherlands, Belgium, Germany) or 3 to 7 working days (other EU countries) after payment. If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we inform you without delay and refund any payment made.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid in full.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal; see the right of withdrawal page.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. In case of a defect, email info@padsbybilly.nl with your order number and a photo.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Combat sports are never without risk; equipment does not replace responsible training.

10. Applicable law

Dutch law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected. The contract language is English.
